Information for Authors
LECTURES
We will provide a laptop (Windows, current Office version) and a data projector.
To ensure a smooth congress flow your presentation could be transferred to our laptop and checked in time before your lecture. We kindly ask you to hand over your presentation to our technical staff in the lecture hall on the day of your lecture.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Materials to mount the posters will be available at the conference office. Please do not print on the poster board.
Poster Specifications: 80 cm (width) x 1m (length)
Your poster can be smaller than these dimensions, but certainly not larger as we will be hosting two poster presenters per poster board.
If your poster has a larger dimension, you may not be able to present your poster.
After the deadline of 30 August we will be sending you the final poster presentation program.
Poster which will not be removed at the scheduled time cannot be stored or returned.
